Fred Pollock

I was born in the great prairie province of Manitoba. After attending Red River College, and receiving a diploma in Business Administration, I went to work in the family home contracting business.

A few years later, I started my own landscaping company, fulfilling large commercial and residential accounts for both hard and soft landscapes. Then, as now, I was ALWAYS hands on. Here I am supervising the planting of some very nice spruce.

I sold my very successful company, and moved onto my first love . . . sales. In particular, selling real estate. To this day (more than 25 years later!) it remains a passion. I LOVE going to work every single day. And it is the wonderful people I encounter that make it so.

My ten plus years of building and contracting experience have proven invaluable in the real estate profession. I can often save you BIG money by advising you on what and how to fix your home for maximum resale value, or give you an idea on the work and costs of purchasing that "fixer upper."

I really CARE about my customers' concerns. Thus, I take the time to really listen to their requirements, and follow through on them professionally and efficiently. I keep in constant contact from the beginning of our partnership until every last "i" is dotted and every last "t" is crossed.

I have a fabulous in-house team that produces photos, floor plans, videos, brochures, and other marketing materials of unsurpassed quality, and that make sure your home receives maximum exposure. However, I ALWAYS deal with my clients personally. I drive by and inspect all my listings every day. I personally review hundreds of houses for buyers. Every visit, every showing, and every phone call will be by me and me alone.
