As the name suggests, College Heights is perched on a magnificent Ridge, just above Vancouver Island University College (VIU). From here you can peer down onto Nanaimo, with stunning views of the Georgia Strait and the white-capped mainland mountains. 

 

The larger homes that grace College Heights are often situated on steeper lots, with interesting terraced yards & decks. They manage to maintain an urban feel while still being close all amenities.
